Grand Rapids Man Writes A Jingle To Sell His House, And It’s Pretty Catchy [Video]

It’s a hot real estate market, but it doesn’t hurt to show a little flair when trying to get top dollar for your house.

Zach Roth wrote a catchy jingle to help sell his house in the Creston neighborhood, and it’s not only an online hit, it’s lined up a bunch of people to come to an open house on his property.

Roth says he wrote the ditty in less than 24 hours and posted it to his realtor’s Facebook page, where it has gotten over 31,000 hits since last Wednesday. Realtor Dustin Anderson told WOOD-TV 8 that he has lined up over 20 people to come view the property, which is still up for grabs, if you’re in the market.
