It's Earth Day! I thought a long time ago Americans wouldn't embrace Earth Day. It's a pain to recycle, it's time consuming, and it would go by the way side like Betamax and the McLean Deluxe. I was wrong. By a landfill full of VCR's and seaweed hamburger wrappers. And now a local company wants to reward your good recycling habits,

The company is called "Organicycle". They specialize in recycling organic waste materials. According to the company president Justin Swan, Organicycle is celebrating Earth Day by offering one Grand Rapids resident a year’s worth of recycling. All you have to do to win is “like” the company on its Facebook page, “facebook.com/organicycle” by 6 p.m. Sunday. Pretty easy.

Here's the story from MLive "To celebrate Earth Day, this company will recycle one household's kitchen waste for a year"
