Your '80s childhood just took another kick to the gut. First, Bill Cosby, and now the Hulkster have been shown to have human flaws.

Despite an apology, the WWE has kicked Hulk Hogan to the curb. Do I have to turn in my 'Hulkamaniac' card?

World Wrestling Entertainment has severed all ties with Hulk Hogan for his use of the N-word in a video. The Hulk apologized, but it looks like the damage is done.

Hogan said to People, “Eight years ago I used offensive language during a conversation. It was unacceptable for me to have used that offensive language; there is no excuse for it; and I apologize for having done it.”

Hogan has used the slur a few times on record - in a 2012 radio interview and also in a 2006 sex tape. This Hulk rant in particular had to do with his daughter, Brooke.

Many from inside and outside the wrestling community have come to Hogan's defense, but it doesn’t seem to be doing any good. The WWE has scrubbed the wrestling legend from it’s website and from it's online Wall of Fame.

Do you think the WWE will take Hulk back if fans make a big enough deal about it, or is it a wrap?

And -- does anyone find it interesting that Hulk Hogan - who's tone could be described as 'frankfurter red' – would have a problem with someone else’s skin color?
