WZZM-13 is reporting that in a transcript of the June 21 probable cause warrant of Kevin Bluhm, the cousin of accused killer Jeffrey Willis, he implicated his cousin in the disappearance of Jessica Heeringa.

Investigators have told WOOD-TV8 that the story Bluhm told them about being involved with the Heeringa disappearance was a lie. Bluhm has been arrested for allegedly lying to police.

In the transcript, Norton Shores Lt. Michael Kasher told a Muskegon County magistrate that Bluhm told investigators "Jeffrey Willis did do it," referring to the abduction of Jessica Heeringa.

Bluhm also told investigators that he was "scared from it and that he was forced to help her ... or help Jeffrey Willis take care of Ms. Heeringa."

Willis was arrested May 17, and Bluhm provided those alleged false statements on May 18.

Willis has not been charged in connection to the disappearance of Heeringa, but is named as a person of interest in the case.
