Another undefeated week leaves me with a 29-4 mark for the year picking state college football games, and this week leaves me with a task even more daunting then picking last week's Western-Central game: Michigan v. Michigan State.

Who do I like in that one? Look inside, my friend, if you dare (Bwaaa-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!!!)

We'll leave the best for last and start this week in the Mid American Conference...

Western Michigan at Ohio University, 12 noon Saturday -- Western hits the road after a tough, emotional win at home against Central last Saturday, and they face one of the early favorites to win the East Division, the Ohio Bobcats. The Broncos have played an extremely tough schedule compared to the Cats, and have a much better offense. The question is, can their riddled defense hold off Ohio? Yup, but barely. Buffalo at Central Michigan, 1:00pm Saturday, Kelly Shorts Stadium, Mt. Pleasant -- Both teams come in limping after losing huge divisional slugfests, CMU to Western and Buffalo to Bowling Green. This is a pivotal game for both programs, as the winner stays alive in their respective divisional race, while the loser is in a precarious situation, with little hope to win any title. Hopefully, home cookin' will do the Chippewas well. CMU 40, Buffalo 27

Ohio Dominican at Ferris State, 12 noon Saturday, Topp Taggert Field, Big Rapids --   After struggling early in the season, the ODU Panthers have righted the ship and have a chance to get back into the GLIAC race with a win at Ferris. The Bulldogs, meanwhile, have a chance to revenge their 2014 home playoff loss to the Panthers. Ferris 41, Ohio Dominican 33

Michigan Tech at Grand Valley State, 7:00pm Saturday, Lubbers Stadium, Allendale -- Quietly, the Tech Huskies have snuck into the title picture in the GLIAC and bring an undefeated record into White Out night at Lubbers Stadium. If the Lakers can get their offense jump started early, their defense will take care of the rest GVSU 37, Michigan Tech 13

#7 Michigan State at #12 Michigan, 3:30pm Saturdy, The Big House, Ann Arbor -- Michigan State's defense has yet to show the promise they had entering this season, while Michigan's defense has posted three consecutive shut outs. This will be a physical, old school Big Ten grind it out affair in the style of the old Bo vs Woody Ohio State-Michigan games of the early '70s. The difference is Sparty's offense is better than the Wolverines offense. Turnovers may decide this. MSU 17, M 13
