On Thursday, Amanda Kosal appeared in a Redford, Mich. court for sentencing stemming from a DUI accident in which a man was killed and his fiance was injured.

Kosal was sentenced to 3 to 15 years in prison for the accident. She has admitted to being drunk at the time of the crash.

During the sentencing Thursday, Judge Qiana Lillard had two people removed from her courtroom for talking and allegedly laughing before Kosal was sentenced.

Judge Lillard referred to the man who was removed from the courtroom as a "clown" when addressing him and asking for his removal.

In the entire time that Mr. Zirker's sister was speaking that clown, and that's what I am going to call him, a clown, was sitting there smiling and laughing.

A woman was also removed from the courtroom, and ended up being taken into custody for criminal contempt. She was sent to the Wayne County Jail for 93 days.
