National Dog Day Is Here, Share A Photo Of Your Dog

Today, August 26th, is National Dog Day, a day not only to celebrate man’s best friend, but to call attention to the many dogs in shelters that need loving homes.

So, why not adopt a dog today? Or, if you have a dog, share a photo of him or her.

According to the National Dog Day web site, there are many ways to celebrate, but I suggest the best way to acknowledge the love of your dog is to share a picture of you and your dog on our Facebook page.

Here's a couple of photos of my dogs, one of whom, unfortunately is no longer with us. RIP big dumb Elmo, I miss you.
