Peanuts Movie In Theatres 2015! Yes!

I'm a big doof. I have always been a Peanuts fan! Charlie Brown and Snoopy are the best! When I was a kid I had a blanket because I wanted to be just like Linus! Yes, I know. I have gotten help for it, don't worry.

So now word has it the new Peanuts movie will be out in 2015. Yes! It's being created by a bunch of people associated with some of the biggest animated films of the past 10 years. The AP reports

"The as-yet-untitled film will be produced by 20th Century Fox and its Blue Sky Studios animation unit, the outfit behind the "Ice Age" flicks and such cartoon hits as "Dr. Seuss' Horton Hears a Who!"
Schulz' son Craig and grandson Bryan co-wrote the screenplay with Cornelius Uliano, and the three also are producing the film. Steve Martino, co-director of "Horton Hears a Who" and "Ice Age: Continental Drift," will direct the "Peanuts" film."

Even though it's called an animated film, all of those people have had to do with live action animated films. When i think or Peanuts and "A Charlie Brown Christmas" I think of cartoons. Maybe this will be different. In three years we will see!
