‘Sweet Dreams’ by Air Supply – Classic Hit or Miss

Lets visit 1982 for Today’s Hit or Miss!

This soft rock duo would change things up slightly with this ethereal hit from 1982.

Arista Records president Clive Davis teamed the group up with producer Harry Maslin and he went on to produce five top five records in a row. In 1981 Air Supply released The One That You Love, with title track issued as a single which went to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. It also featured two other Top Ten hits, “Here I Am (Just When I Thought I Was Over You) was written by Norman Saleet” and “Sweet Dreams”.  [Source]

It was a hit back in ’82, how about today?
