Texting While WALKING Now Illegal [VIDEO]

A town in New Jersey has banned texting while WALKING. Yes, I'm not making this up. This may seem a little extreme, but at the same time, I've done something very similar before - I actually ran into someone walking on the street a few months back because I wasn't watching where I was walking.

This may seem a little extreme. I think it is. But the bigger picture is, when did we become a world of texters instead of actually talking to others? That's what disturbs me.
