Someone might want to call the plummer because I'm pretty sure the exact opposite is suppose to happen.

According to google translate the video description is "Turned off the hot water tap thirsty"

As a new homeowner this is my trick for figuring out what the heck is going on with my house. What is the problem: go to google and type that problem in ... usually with in 5 minutes I have an answer.

The solution to this persons problem? Busted hot water pipe somewhere in the line. This is causing the water (and air) to suck out of the pipe.

Long story short ... beyond the scope of my abilities: put duct tape on the pipe, grab the shop vac to clean up the water, and call the plummer asap.

Thankfully this hasn't happened to me *knock on wood*, but that's totally what I would do. Google it and see if I could fix it myself. If not dip into savings, cry, go to Marges donut den, order a dozen and eat my feelings.
