After the Washington Redskins rallied from a 24-0 deficit to defeat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers back in October, former Michigan State star quarterback and Kirk Cousins yelled the phrase 'You like that?' at the press while heading to the locker room.

Little did he know, it would become the team's mantra as they won their way into this weekend's NFL playoff.

The exuberant outburst was the beginning of a 6-3 streak for the Skins and Cousins' teammates and fans alike have become enamored with the phrase, yelling it in unison at games, and taunting opponents with it after victories.

Even his former college coach, Mark D'Antonio got into the act, texting Kirk 'You like that?' after the Spartans won the Big Ten title.

Cousins was quick to get T-shirts out with the phrase printed on them immediately after a video of him yelling the phrase (see below) notched over two million hits in 24 hours following the win. The initial pressing was to benefit his charity, The International Justice Mission.

Cousins and his brother later trademarked the phrase, which is a good thing, because the team announced this week they will be printing up thousands of towels with the phrase on it for Sunday's playoff game with the Packers.

The goal, of course, will be to have fans wildly wave the rally towels in support of the team but—given that the Skins were the one NFC East team everyone agreed had no chance of winning the division—it’s safe to say they have much more than towels to rally them together.

The Skins are a slight favorite but—given how progressively anemic the Packers offense is looking—they may be a very smart bet.
