On Saturday night Paul Simon and wife, singer Edie Brickell, were both arrested on disorderly conduct charges after police were called to a “family dispute” at their home in New Canaan, Conn.

Police say they found enough probable cause to arrest both Simon and Brickell.

The two are set to be arraigned today at Norwalk Superior Court.

Allan Cramer, the couple's attorney, said the argument took place at a cottage on the couple's property and led to "a push." He did not say who pushed whom.

Simon and Brickell have been married since 1992 and have three children together.
