I know toy guns are politically incorrect, but man, when I was six, I saw this ad, and I wanted that Johnny Seven One Man Army assault rifle.

Alas, my pleas to Santa Claus went unheeded. Check out this toy gun from 1964!

Back in 1964, the children of World War II veterans were treated to a wide array of toy weaponry, but none more kick ass than the Johnny Seven. I can remember salivating over this, but my parents never gave in to my begging.

Instead I had to pretend my baseball bat was a gun by making gun noises with my mouth.
