River Starts Flowing in Drought Area in Australia

He says a whole lot of foul language, but in his defense he's witnessing a minor miracle. An area that has been ravaged by a drought seeing some relief, with a river flowing once again.

My dad works at a 1 man police station in the remote north west Queensland town of Mckinlay, Australia (population 20). At the moment McKinlay is in the midst of a terrible drought, in fact, 86% of Queensland has been drought declared so you can imagine my dads 'double rainbow' excitement at seeing the McKinlay river run! What a wonderful Christmas present!!!
