Since Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice hit theaters (and even prior to that), there’s been nothing but talk of the Justice League movies, a new Batman solo film starring and possibly (probably) directed by Ben Affleck, and various other DC superhero movies. But there’s one potential project that hasn’t been discussed: another Superman solo film. Warner Bros.’ DC movie schedule doesn’t include a sequel to Man of Steel, but that doesn’t mean that Zack Snyder and Henry Cavill aren’t thinking about it.

Following its initial announcement, the 'Supergirl' TV series has officially landed at CBS with a full series commitment, focusing on the tale of Kara Zor-El, Superman's cousin.
The other day we nodded in approval at the rumor of a potential 'Supergirl' TV series to bolster both DC's presence on television and the need for more female-led superhero properties, though few details were available. Now, sources confirm the project in development under 'Arrow' producer Greg Berlanti, though the series may end up with a new title, and new take on the character altogether.
