Justin has 17 songs on the Billboard Hot 100, beating the Fab Four's previous record.  The music world mourns.

A longstanding record held by the Beatles is gone, thanks to Justin Bieber.  Biebz currently has a whopping 17 songs on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, which is three more than the previous record holders,  The Beatles and Drake, who each had 14 tracks on the chart simultaneously.

The Beatles first nabbed the record back in 1964, and held on to it for 50 years. This, of course, was when the world was in the throws of Beatlemania, and at the time the band had "Can't Buy Me Love" and "Twist and Shout" holding at number one and two, respectively.

Drake tied their record earlier this year, twice, with songs from his two albums, “If You're Reading This It's Too Late” and “What a Time to Be Alive” (with Future).

To help east the pain of this mark falling, just remember, The Beatles were to your parents what Justin Bieber is to you. Yup, it's come full circle. It always does.
