Tonight we have a little baby Winter Weather Advisory that is going into effect at 5 PM.

Starting tonight at 5 PM a Winter Weather Advisory goes into effect for most of the listening area.  Depending on your location, the Winter Weather Advisory will end between 8 PM tonight and 10 AM tomorrow morning.

The National Weather Service is calling for total snow accumulations of 1 to 5 inches with the highest amounts the further you go north, near Big Rapids, Fremont, Ludington, and Mount Pleasant. They also are saying to plan on slippery road conditions. The snow will change to rain overnight and can freeze.  The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes. The Winter Weather Advisory will remain in effect until tomorrow morning.
