Do you know a Bruce Springsteen fan who you need to buy a Christmas gift for?

Bruce  is all set to re-release his 1980 album "The River" on its 35th Anniversary and naturally, he's adding plenty of outtakes and previously unheard tracks.

The four CD, three DVD box set isn't set to hit stores until December 4th, but the Boss released one of those unreleased tracks, "Party Lights," ahead of schedule.

Overall, the fact that the prolific Springsteen has extra tracks from an album that already had 20 songs on it is pretty impressive, and the song he released is right in sync with the theme of the album, which if I remember correctly, was half somber and depressing and half all out rocking tracks.
