Man has $13,000 in unpaid parking tickets

Not sure how this is even happens, but...

One Detroit resident who racked up more than $13,000 in unpaid parking tickets!

This guy managed to wrack up 188 parking ticktets! Really.

He says he credits "immaturity" as a factor in amassing the large debt, and his drivers' license is invalid because of parking tickets. Ya think?

I'm not sure how that's even possible, but whatever. I think I've had a total of 5 parking tickets ever in my life!
