If you remember the TV show "Friends," before Chandler proposed to Monica, Joey told her: "Chandler was a complex fellow and was unlikely to take a wife." Funny, I don't remember Chandler being from Michigan.

September 22, 1994. It's not a date that will live in anything, but a date that started the modern TV situation comedy and made coffee drinkers out of everyone under the age of 30. "Friends" debuted!

Like anyone who lived through the '90s, Jimmy Kimmel loved 'Friends,' but while being a fan of the television staple is wholly understandable, the depth of his affection is, well, perhaps not. Kimmel hosted 'Friends' star Jennifer Aniston on his show last night, and while she might have expected to chat about her latest movie, 'Life of Crime,' and share some fun tidbits and anecdotes, the host had other ideas.

There was a website a few years back that had blueprint and layouts of TV shows' houses. It included those like the "Laverne and Shirley" Milwaukee apartment and "The Brady Bunch" house (which is impossible because the outside shot of the house doesn't match with the way the show set the house up). But more importantly: How did they afford those awesome houses?

When you are out and shopping and everything today, remember to check the technology you purchase carefully. The laptop or tablet you buy now maybe be obsolete tomorrow. Enjoy this flashback to the 90's for proof.
