The New Orleans Jazz Festival is attracting some veteran rockers this year.  Event planners announced this week that Bon Jovi, John Mellencamp, Tom Jones, and Jeff Beck are all scheduled to appear at the Springtime festival at New Orleans' Fair Grounds Race Course.
