While you may know Saugatuck Brewing Company for their tasty beers, you may not realize one of their most popular flavors isn't a traditional flavor.

Back in 2017, they hit a homerun with their Blueberry Lemonade Shandy, which quickly became their top seller. And now, they're expanding the lineup to include blueberry, strawberry, peach, and black cherry varieties, all inspired by the vibrant fruit scene of West Michigan. Think of it like this- It's a taste of sitting on the beach at Lake Michigan in the summertime with every sip.

If you're as curious as I am to try these new flavors, you'll have your opportunity this Saturday (February 24th). Saugatuck Brewing Company's three brewpubs will be hosting a special launch event where you can sample the entire Shandy Variety Pack. From flights to to-go packs and pints, they've got exactly what you're looking to try. Plus, they're adding a fun twist: They're introducing a chicken tender flight for the event, featuring dipping sauces that complement each shandy flavor. Talk about a flavor explosion for your taste buds.   If you can't make it to this weekend's event, good news- the Shandy Variety pack should be hitting stores on March 1st, so you can grab one to enjoy on your own time. And that's pretty sweet if you ask me.

LOOK: Best Beers From Every State

To find the best beer in each state and Washington D.C., Stacker analyzed January 2020 data from BeerAdvocate, a website that gathers user scores for beer in real-time. BeerAdvocate makes its determinations by compiling consumer ratings for all 50 states and Washington D.C. and applying a weighted rank to each. The weighted rank pulls the beer toward the list's average based on the number of ratings it has and aims to allow lesser-known beers to increase in rank. Only beers with at least 10 rankings to be considered; we took it a step further to only include beers with at least 100 user rankings in our gallery. Keep reading to find out what the best beer is in each of the 50 states and Washington D.C.
