An event to support Grand Rapids' restaurants and taste food from some of the areas best chefs is returning next month!

Restaurant Week Grand Rapids is on for 2020, but with some changes this year to help support local eateries.

Restaurant Week GR continues through the weekend. We have a Greek Festival, a Block Party, Find Your Roots, Catch a Baseball Game, Go ORVing for Free, Enjoy some Comedy, Visit the Princesses at the Zoo, Catch some Jazz Music, and Swim with your Dog! You are going to have a busy weekend!

Restaurant Week GR is underway! There are also a few festivals going on this weekend. It’s the Anniversary of Gerald R. Ford being sworn in as our 38th President, so it’s a reason to celebrate at the Presidential Museum. We also have Concerts, Comedy, Movies, Baseball, and Super Party Wonder Day!

Well, it's no secret that I'm the new guy to town. I moved to the beautiful city of Grand Rapids from Shreveport, Louisiana and it seems I picked the perfect time to do so. It's Restaurant Week! Being a native of Louisiana, I know a thing or two about seafood, so my choice of where to dine was pretty obvious.

This weekend is your last chance to join in the delicious festivities of Grand Rapids' Restaurant Week.

It's time for Restaurant Week Grand Rapids again! From Wednesday to Aug. 24, more than 60 great eating and drinking establishments in greater Grand Rapids will be offering dinner and beer or wine pairings for a special price!

With the Corn on the cob eating contest at the Downtown Market! I was the MC of the contest with local celebs and restaurant owners battling it out for the coveted "Golden Corn Holders" and bragging rights for the next year.

Restaurant Week Grand Rapids has begun! A couple of days ago I got to talk to Doug Small from Experience Grand Rapids about Restaurant Week and it's "Farm to Fork" focus this year, as well as the new dates, etc! Here it is!
