While nothing good happens when you get drunk and start tweeting, lots of fun things can happen -- which will require an apology after you shake off the hangover.

It happens so rarely that you hear someone really, honestly, completely speak their minds. Well, here you have it. Enjoy.

Garrick Sherman played college basketball at Michigan State for his first two years of eligibility between 2009 and 2011. He then transferred to Notre Dame, where he hit his stride, averaging a career-best 13.5 points per game.

He now plays overseas in the country of Georgia where, apparently, he also has access to Twitter. Well, Sherman took advantage of that access by getting drunk and sending out tweets confessing some of the crazy stuff he did while in college and blasting the NCAA.

And you know he's honest, because his own Twitter profile identifies him accurately as a 'mediocre professional basketball player'.

He's since deleted all of the controversial tweets, but most of them are still up as screen shots on Google.

In one tweet, he admitted to peeing in a condom to help a teammate pass a drug test.

He then went on to admit that “every team in the NCAA smokes,” “the NCAA is a joke,” and “the NCAA has zero value at all.”

He also said Tom Izzo once humiliated him after he shot an air ball during a NCAA tournament game saying something to the effect that he just embarrassed himself in front of a crowd bigger than his home town.

But don’t worry about Sherman. He’s got a plan to deal with any trouble that might come up from all his comments: “I’ll just deny it ever happened,” he said. “And make the NCAA look even more useless if it gets to that point.” Nice work, kiddo.
