Michael Jackson' Neverland Ranch has been for sale since his death back in 2009. Former ranch workers are now saying the place hasn't been sold because Michael's ghost haunts the premises.

It couldn't be the high price of $100 million, could it?

According to the British tabloid The Mirrorneighbors at the property near Santa Barbara, California say Jackson's spirit has been haunting the grounds since his death.

One of the ranch workers, Marie Andre, details that many staff members have seen Jackson's spirit walking the 2,700-acre California estate. "Michael is there, his presence, his moves and his breath. Many of the workers around the property have seen him, and they talk about him living there. It does spook many of them out," she said.

In 2014, four anonymous photographers entered the grounds illegally and snapped photos, which were later published by Vice.com. They denied seeing anything creepy outside of the grandiose decorations Jackson littered the property with.

"I didn't find anything that creepy about the whole thing," one of them was quoted. "i really found it odd and different, but I wasn't scared at any moment. Mostly we felt like we shouldn't be invading the privacy of someone else."

What's the worse thing that could happen with the ghost of Michael Jackson? He'd either dance with you or touch you inappropriately.

Here's a tour of the joint if you have $100 million to burn.
