Michigan residents scored high on the cringe inducing interview scale this week, as both University of Michigan football coach Jim Harbaugh and Detroit rap legend Eminem (pictured) seemed they would rather be any where else on earth than be interviewed.

First up was Harbaugh's appearance on ESPN Radio's Colin Cowherd Show. Harbaugh appeared disinterested and distracted, so Cowherd pulled the plug on the interview.

In Harbaugh's defense, I though Cowherd's questions were run of the mill at best, and then for him to list coaches who are better interviews while Harbaugh is still on the phone is childish. But then again, he is in radio, and we are all a bit at the third grade level.

Next up, we have Stephen Colbert's takeover of the Monroe, Michigan cable access show, 'Only In Monroe'. Colbert tries to engage his guest, Detroit rapper Eminem by asking him to sing along to Bob Seger songs, only to have Em only half-heartedly play along. And then it gets MORE cringe inducing.

Here's the entire episode, including interviews with the hosts of the show and a local news segment.
